This project will expand North Tarrant Parkway between Whitley Road in Keller and a point 750 feet west of Davis Boulevard in North Richland Hills. The proposed roadway improvements include the following:

• Segment 1: Whitley Road to Rufe Snow Drive – Add 1 ½ lanes to each side to complete six-lane divided roadway.
• Segment 2: Rufe Snow Drive to Highland Creek – Six-lane divided roadway complete.
• Segment 3: Highland Creek to Keller’s city limit – Add three lanes (eastbound) to existing six-lane divided half-section.
• Segments 4 & 5: Keller’s city limit to 750 feet west of Davis Boulevard – Remove existing two-lane roadway; replace with six-lane divided roadway.
